Summary of Proposed Action: Clarify
language related to teachers serving on the consortium.
Background: The
current wording of the rule requires site teams to see evidence of the
consortium member’s appointment by the bargaining unit.
Issues/Concerns that Surfaced (if
any): The language still requires teachers appointed to a
unit’s consortium to be from a district’s bargaining unit.
