Assignment of Teachers as School Counselors

(1) A Basic or Standard Teaching License is valid for .49 or less time as a school counselor at the grade levels valid for the teaching license.

(2) Initial or Continuing Teaching Licenses are not valid for counseling assignments except as allowed under License for Conditional Assignment Permit rules in OAR 584-036-0081 060-0250.
