ELIMINATE CERTAIN ENDORSEMENTS |

RECOMMENDATION: |
The Program Approval
Committee recommends adoption of the following resolutions: RESOLVED, that the
Commission approve Lewis and Clark College’s request to eliminate their
approved programs for Drama, French, German, Spanish endorsements for
pre-service and in-service educators; and Basic and Advanced Math for
in-service educators effective immediately. RESOLVED FURTHER, that
Lewis and Clark College will submit to full program approval in the event
they wish to reinstate the eliminated programs. |

INFORMATION: |
It is the intention of
Lewis and Clark College to retain the Basic and Advanced Math endorsements
for pre-service candidates. |
|
The
proposal to eliminate these endorsements has been reviewed and approved by
program faculty and by the graduate school’s Curriculum Committee.
